On special copyright arrangements for text copied from other sources into UML models here
One of the powerful diagramming techniques demonstrated on this site involves copying text from technical documents (such as the OMG specifications) into UML Comment elements and binding the text with handles to other UML model elements. We endeavor to respect the original copyright in all such cases, and emphasise the educational value of the technique.
On copyright of text quoted from OMGTM specifications
Text snippets copied into Comments from OMG specifications are clearly stereotyped to indicate the original source, thus:

It is hereby acknowledged that the copyright in the specification text of all such Comments remains with the OMG and contributing partners.
